If you are experiencing a problem with your Fenix light and believe it may be a warranty case, check your product's status by entering its 11-digit serial number (SN) below. The serial number is engraved on the body or head of your flashlight.

All orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario. We ship across Canada using tracked shipping methods.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
