How It Works
If you find a lower advertised price on the same item from another qualifying retailer, send us the details before you order. We will review the request and let you know whether we can match or improve the offer.
Pricing requests are reviewed individually and are subject to verification.
Eligible Requests
A pricing request may be considered when all of the following apply:
- The item is identical, including model, color, and current version
- The competing item is in stock and available for immediate purchase
- The price is publicly advertised
- The retailer is legitimate and verifiable
- The request is made before the order is placed
Not Eligible
The following do not qualify:
- Prices from auction sites, marketplaces, classified ads, or third-party marketplace sellers
- Closeout, liquidation, open-box, used, refurbished, or damaged items
- Clearance sales, coupon stacking, bundle offers, flash sales, or pricing errors
- Backordered or out-of-stock items
- Unauthorized dealers
- Requests made after an order has already been placed
- Items subject to manufacturer pricing restrictions or other brand-controlled pricing policies
Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse any request that cannot be verified or that appears inconsistent with normal retail pricing.
