Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to help.

Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition.

Flashlights and accessories that have been opened, powered on, had batteries installed, or been removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges (14 Days)

If you need a different model, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Warranty Service

Warranty claims are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. If your Fenix flashlight develops a problem during the manufacturer warranty period, please refer to our Warranty & Service section or follow our repair process. Warranty service is not subject to the 14-day return window. Shipping the item to us for warranty service is the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange
  2. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item to our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and warranty service, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Flashlights or accessories that have been opened or used
  • Items not in their original sealed packaging
  • Change-of-mind returns requested after the 14-day return window

Additional Notes

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
