How to Tie Your Lanyard to a Fenix Flashlight

A lanyard prevents your flashlight from slipping out of your hand and stops it from rolling on flat surfaces. We recommend using one. All you need is a thin filament or flexible wire to thread the lanyard through the attachment point on your flashlight's tailcap.

What You Need

  • Your Fenix flashlight
  • The included lanyard
  • A thin filament or flexible wire (used as a threading tool)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Gather your materials
