How to Pay with PayPal

Paying with PayPal is usually simple. You can often pay either with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card if that option is shown during checkout. The wording on the PayPal screen may look a little different depending on your device, but the steps below are a good guide for most customers.

Option 1

Pay with a Debit or Credit Card

No PayPal account? No problem. You can pay directly with your debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout — no account required.

On the PayPal screen, look for one of these options:

Checkout as Guest
Pay by Card

Step 1 — Add your items to the cart and go to checkout.

Step 2 — Choose the card or guest-checkout option if it appears.

Step 3 — Enter your shipping and billing details.

Step 4 — Enter your card information and review the order.

Step 5 — Click the final confirmation button to complete payment.

Important: The debit/credit-card or guest-checkout option may not appear for every customer. This can depend on your device, location, cookies, or PayPal's checkout settings.

Option 2

Pay with Your PayPal Account

Step 1 — Add your items to the cart and go to checkout.

Step 2 — Click the PayPal button.

Step 3 — A PayPal window or screen will open. Log in to your PayPal account.

Step 4 — Review your shipping address, payment method, and order details.

Step 5 — Click the final confirmation button, such as Pay Now, Complete Purchase, or similar wording.

If You Are Worried About Using PayPal

You do not need to send your card information by email or by phone. Payment is completed on PayPal's secure checkout screen.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay that way. If you do not have an account, you may still be able to pay with your card if PayPal shows that option.

Good to know: the screens can look slightly different on a phone, tablet, or computer, but the basic idea is the same: review the order and confirm payment on the PayPal screen.

If the PayPal Window Does Not Open

Wait a few seconds and try again once.
Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser.
Try another browser if needed.
Try a different device if the page looks stuck.
