We hope that our on-line video instructions and maintenance tips have been successful in keeping your Fenix Flashlight working like new. Sometimes, however, there is a problem that can't be fixed at home. In that case, there are 5 easy steps you can take to get a repair done by a professional technician for your Fenix Flashlight:

Step 1: Confirm the Defect

Ensure that your Fenix Flashlight truly has a defect that causes a performance issue. Remember, normal wear-and-tear issues are NOT covered by this warranty, nor are problems caused by abuse!

Step 2: Prepare Your Flashlight for Shipping

Your Return Authorization number (RMA):

Please include this number with your shipment.

Step 3: Ship Your Flashlight

Please ensure payment of the service delivery fee is completed before shipping your flashlight. Shipments received without payment will not be processed and will be held until payment is received.

Warranty Coverage

  • Fenix Flashlights with manufacturing defects will be replaced within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Fenix Flashlights which develop problems from normal use will be repaired free of charge within 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • If any repair is required past 24 months from the date of purchase, the labour will be provided free of charge, but the price of the replacement parts will be charged.
  • Fenix Tactical reserves the right to make a final determination of Warranty coverage.
